Where farm meets charm.
Our history.
As all the land in America started off as Indigenous land, the farm was first Muckleshoot Indian land. The property laid it’s roots here in Buckley as a Christmas tree farm until purchased by Karen Bolesky and transformed into the Soma Institute.
The Soma Institute runs a licensing program for healthcare practitioners to learn the 11 series structural integration program licensed under massage therapy. Aiming to heal the root cause of where bodily issues stem from rather than mask it, it is a program that was pioneered and directed by Karen Bolesky. It is one of the best trade schools in its field to go to in the nation and has been in operation spanning a few decades. It is an institute worth experiencing as a single session or if one is interested in pursuing a career in the healthcare field.
In Karen’s later years, she passed the torch to her nephews Khohay Enos who now cares for the farm, & Jesse Guerrero who carries on the legacy of running the Soma Institute facility at its new location on Whidbey Island.
Our vision.
Nestled idyllically in the foothills of Mount Rainer, The Khohay Farm invites you to enjoy the space that spans 30 acres of property as a getaway for your next event. Hosting many potential future services, it brings us joy to share and continue to build upon the legacy, history, and beauty Karen started.

“What a wonderful farm. Absolutely beautiful, can’t help but feel at peace and harmony here.”
